Supporting others in releasing anxiety is something that is close to my heart because of my previous experiences with anxiety attacks that ultimately lead to clinical depression.
There was a point in my life where I would feel so overwhelmed about the future, (even planning dinner two hours later), that I would dissolve into tears and panic. The calmness and presence that I experience today as a part of my normal baseline were unimaginable to me ten years ago when I felt disconnected from who I was and what I was meant to be doing.
