While Human Design and Chinese Medicine are separate systems of understanding the body and mind, they both share the common goal of promoting balance and wellness in individuals.

Additionally, the concept of limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns aligns with the idea of energetic blockages in Chinese Medicine. Negative emotions, such as fear or anger, can cause blockages in the body's energy channels, leading to physical and emotional discomfort.

By identifying and releasing these blockages, individuals can promote healing and balance.
The Ajna Center is one of the nine energy centers in the Human Design system.  It's located in the middle of the head and is associated with the mind, intelligence, and decision-making.

The Ajna Center is responsible for processing and analyzing information.  It's also connected to intuition and insight and can help you access deeper levels of understanding your inner guidance system.
Limiting beliefs are often deeply ingrained thoughts and beliefs that can hold us back and prevent us from reaching our full potential. They are usually formed from past experiences, cultural and societal conditioning, and other external factors.

The Ajna Center is responsible for processing and analyzing information, including the beliefs and conditioning that we have been exposed to. If we have limiting beliefs stored in our Ajna Center, they can influence our decision-making and thought patterns.

For example, if someone has a belief that they are not good enough, this can manifest as negative self-talk and self-doubt in their decision-making process. This can lead to a lack of confidence and a fear of taking risks or pursuing their goals.

By becoming aware of our limiting beliefs and how they are stored in our Ajna Center, we can work to release them and reprogram our thinking patterns. This can help us make better decisions and lead a more fulfilling life.

Who is this masterclass for?

  • Individuals who want to develop a deeper understanding of their own thinking patterns and decision-making process.
  • People who struggle with limiting beliefs (or negative self-talk!) and want to learn how to identify and overcome these challenges.
  • Coaches, therapists, and healers who want to expand their knowledge of Human Design and help their clients overcome limiting beliefs.

The quote "He who controls the mind, controls the qi" is from the Huang Di Nei Jing, also known as the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon, which is a classic text of traditional Chinese medicine.  If the mind is calm and focused, the qi will flow smoothly and healthily.

However, if the mind is agitated or distracted, the flow of qi can become disrupted, leading to various disharmonies in health (and therefore life).

The quote "He who controls the mind, controls the qi" emphasizes the role that the mind plays in regulating the flow of qi in the body.

It suggests that by learning to master our thoughts and emotions, we can influence the flow of qi and promote good health and well-being.  This idea is fundamental to traditional Chinese medicine and is still widely recognized and applied today.
